I particularly like this picture of Hillary Duff. Her light blonde hair really pops out against the soft blue of the water in the background and the soft pink of her shirt is a nice complementary colour.
You might know Hillary Duff from her television show Lizzie McGuire or one of her more successful movies - Cheaper by the Dozen (2003) - The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003) - A Cinderella Story (2004).
